What if I forget to use it?

That's normal. MOODFLUX isn't about using it perfectly. It's about making the PAUSE easier to find when you need it. Most moms don't use it daily (although I do) — they use it when they feel the spiral starting.

Is this therapy?

No. MOODFLUX isn't therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It's a physical reminder designed to interrupt automatic reactions and create a moment to reset.

Why magnets?

Because parenting happens in the kitchen. I wanted something I didn't have to remember, charge, open, or go looking for. The fridge is where our family naturally gathers, where the snacks, conversations, negotiations, and meltdowns happen. MOODFLUX lives where the hard moments happen, so it's there when you need it.

Who is MOODFLUX for?

MOODFLUX isn't for perfect parents. It's for good parents having hard moments. The parents who love their kids deeply but sometimes (or every day) feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, exhausted, touched-out, or stretched too thin.

Is this for kids, or for me?

For you. MOODFLUX is designed for the adult nervous system in the moment right before escalation. Kids can absolutely use it too — many do — but the kit is built around the parent.
